GREGORY PITTMAN
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR  

Gregory Pittman is an award-winning music educator in Lexington County, South Carolina. As a choral conductor in South Carolina and Texas, his choirs have earned Superior ratings in adjudicated festivals and his students routinely earn acceptance into auditioned honor choirs throughout the Southeast. He is a 2017 GRAMMY Music Educator Award nominee and is a Past President of the South Carolina Music Educators Association Choral Division. From 2004 to 2011, he was Adjunct Professor of Music at Charleston Southern University where he taught voice, music education, music appreciation, and directed CSU’s men’s choir. In addition to his work as a choral conductor, Mr. Pittman has produced and directed the music for musicals such as My Fair Lady; Les Misérables; You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; and Little Shop of Horrors.

EMILY REEVES BOHL
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR  

Emily Reeves Bohl is the Director of Choral Activities at Berkeley Center for the Arts (BCA) at Goose Creek High School. Emily is in her fourth year at GCHS, and her ninth year of teaching music and directing choirs in varied settings. Students under her direction have been selected for regional, state, and national honor choirs. Choirs under her direction have consistently received superior ratings in adjudicated settings and have recently performed at the annual conferences of both SCACDA (2023) and SCMEA (2024).
